In this extensive renovation, we took underutilized space and turned it into something truly special. By adding onto the home and incorporating the formal living and dining room, we created a beautiful first-floor primary suite, pantry, and sunroom that perfectly blends elevated style and functionality.

The pantry became a standout feature, where cabinetry took center stage. We designed custom cabinets with a mix of glass and carved wood inlay, paired with a unique marble countertop to balance beauty with practicality.

In the sunroom, we played with textures to create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. From wood blinds to fabric panels and grasscloth wallpaper, the space feels layered and warm—ideal for relaxing in natural light.

The primary suite exudes a serene, spa-like feel, with luxe finishes throughout. A statement wallpaper sets the tone, while the built-in vanity with storage cabinets and a full-height stone backsplash completes the space, offering both elegance and function. This transformation truly brought a new level of comfort and style to the home.
