In the heart of Chicago’s West Loop, we transformed a dated condominium into a sleek, modern haven. Originally featuring early 2000s aesthetics with brownish-red cabinets, beige granite countertops, and light oak floors, the space was ready for a refresh.

We propelled the design into the future with white-painted cabinets, gray wood floors, and quartz countertops accented by a marble backsplash. The bedroom received a serene makeover with soft blue paint, neutral furnishings, and metallic accents, while grasscloth wallpaper added subtle texture and sophistication.

Completed in just 10 months, this project showcases a clean, modern style. Through close collaboration with our client, we achieved an elegant and contemporary result that perfectly reflects their vision.
